However, by starting to learn and think about the skills and mindset as early as possible, you will get more benefits when you finally start your real therapy. I personally went through a DBT program and found it to be life-changing. That’s why I want to make this channel: to help you practice as early as possible so you can achieve a better life as early as possible.
